This is an exciting opportunity to support the Shared Learning and Connection Programme of the Learning and Leadership Development Team by assisting in the development of an event management framework for WAGGGS events and user support materials for Campfire (WAGGGS’ online learning and community platform), including writing instructional guides, templates and checklists as well as support our STEM programme with respect to online learning.

Location: Home-based from countries where WAGGGS can contract for services.

Hours / Tenure : Full-time, 35 hours per week 

Contract Type: 6 months, Fixed term contract

Salary / Fee: Dependent on location and contract

About the Role:

To support the Shared Learning and Connection Programme of the Learning and Leadership Development Team by assisting in the development of an event management framework for WAGGGS events and user support materials for Campfire (WAGGGS’ online learning and community platform), including writing instructional guides, templates and checklists as well as support our STEM programme with respect to online learning.

About You:

You are a highly organized, creative, and proactive professional with a passion for leadership development, gender equality, and empowering girls and young women on a global scale. You possess a strong educational background, having completed or are currently pursuing tertiary studies in event management, digital technologies, or a related field.

With exceptional writing and communication skills in English, you excel in building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders and adapting to dynamic team environments. You also bring experience in event planning and/or digital technologies, with advanced computer literacy and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
