Benefits of the VV Visionaries Program
Participants in the VV Visionaries program will have the opportunity to:
- Complete the Vital Voices Leadership Journey, a 7-week virtual course designed to develop the essential soft skills for leadership.
- Gain insights from Estée Lauder executives through leadership lessons.
- Receive a certificate of completion upon finishing the program.
- Apply for an annual in-person Summit.
- Join a global network of more than 47,000 women leaders from across the world.
Eligibility Criteria
The VV Visionaries program is open to women who meet the following criteria:
- At least 18 years old at the time of application and identify as a woman.
- Have an established social impact organization, business, initiative, or are a key decision-maker within one.
- Have a clear vision for an organization, business, or initiative with a social purpose.
- Proficiency in English is required.
Program Commitment
The program consists of 7 weeks of virtual sessions, with participants expected to commit 2-4 hours per week for live virtual sessions and assignments. To maintain good standing, participants are allowed no more than two absences.
Other commitments include:
- Submitting regular updates to Vital Voices throughout the program.
- Completing follow-up surveys up to one year after the program ends.
- Maintaining contact with Vital Voices after the program to share progress and success stories.
Technical Requirements: Participants need a computer or phone with a camera and a reliable internet connection.
Program Dates
- Cohort 9: May 29 – July 3, 2025
- Cohort 10: July 24 – September 4, 2025
- Cohort 11: October 9 – November 20, 2025
