The Role of Grants Manager:
As a Grants Manager at Paul Hamlyn Foundation, you will:
- Build strong relationships with the organizations the foundation supports, ensuring effective communication and partnership.
- Be the primary point of contact for applicants, guiding them through the application process and addressing any queries.
- Assess applications thoroughly, making funding recommendations based on the Foundation’s criteria and mission.
These roles are critical in ensuring that the Foundation’s funding goes to projects and initiatives that align with its core values of social justice, supporting migration-related initiatives, and advancing arts education.

- Grants Manager – Migration Fund
- Salary: £39,000

- You will be responsible for managing the Arts Education Fund, focusing on supporting projects that promote access to arts education for underserved communities and young people.
