LGT Impact Fellowship Program 2025: Empowering Professionals to Create Meaningful Change

The LGT Impact Fellowship Program offers seasoned business professionals the unique opportunity to apply their skills to drive positive change within leading organizations worldwide. Fellows engage in a 12-month, full-time program where they work closely with non-profit organizations and for-profit companies from LGT Venture Philanthropy and Lightrock’s global portfolios. The goal is to strengthen the organizations’ capabilities and support their growth and success.
This hands-on engagement provides Fellows with invaluable experience in the field, while also contributing to the strategic investment support provided by LGT Venture Philanthropy and Lightrock. Fellows collaborate closely with local teams, key stakeholders, and peers, enhancing their skills and preparing them for the next stage in their purposeful careers.
The Role of Fellows
Fellows play a crucial role in advancing our mission. They take on meaningful responsibilities, set clear goals, and provide regular progress updates. Their primary objective is to deliver professional capacity-building services that enhance the organization’s ability to scale operations and maximize impact. Fellows contribute to organizational growth by:
- Sharing their professional expertise
- Improving or implementing systems, processes, and tools that can be sustained by permanent staff
- Applying private sector knowledge
- Training and coaching local teams
It’s important to note that Fellows do not replace the need for permanent hires. Succession planning is critical to ensure the sustainability of their contributions.
