Eligibility:
- Open to non-EU citizens.
- Applicants must have good educational results, with an average of at least 7 (or “Good” score) according to the Romanian grading system.
- Fields of study: All fields, except Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy.
- For Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, study will be conducted in Romanian. For PhD programs, applicants can choose to study in Romanian or another language set by the doctoral school.
- A preparatory year in Romanian is offered for students who are not fluent in Romanian.
- Only applicants who have not previously received a Romanian Government scholarship for the same level of study are eligible.

- Results will be announced by 30 June 2025.
