Overview:
The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is seeking a detail-oriented Interview Notes Taker fluent in both English and French to support the recruitment process by transcribing and drafting interview reports. The individual contractor will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reports based on interviews for a high-volume recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take clear, objective notes during interviews, identifying strengths and weaknesses of candidates based on competencies.
- Draft interview reports following standard guidelines and templates, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Work with the HR representative to coordinate and review interview reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of final reports after gathering panel feedback.
- Adhere to confidentiality standards and ensure the recruitment process remains transparent and objective.
Qualifications/Special Skills:
- A degree in human resources management, business/public administration, social sciences, education, or a related field.
- Experience in note-taking and transcribing interviews.
- Strong writing, listening, and editing skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings.
- Experience in producing interview reports is desirable.
- Fluency in English and French is required (both written and spoken).
Additional Information:
- No fees are charged by the UN at any stage of the recruitment process.
- The contractor will work closely with the HR Representative of OCHA.
- Must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
