Apply for the Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship 2025 (Fully-funded): A Pathway to Future Leadership in Nigeria

The Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship, an initiative of The Bridge Leadership Foundation, is a fully-funded, non-partisan political leadership development program aimed at preparing young Nigerians for leadership roles at the local, regional, and national levels. By focusing on enhancing the quality of leadership in the country, the Fellowship offers a unique platform for young individuals who are passionate about shaping the future of Nigeria.

Over the course of the program, Fellows gain access to tailored content, delivered by a curated group of politicians, development experts, historians, civil society leaders, religious figures, advisors, and mentors. This content, paired with hands-on experiences and a robust network, helps to equip Fellows with the necessary skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in Nigerian politics.

The residential Bootcamp serves as the program’s cornerstone, offering a chance for Fellows to network, learn about Nigeria’s federal political ecosystem, and engage with key decision-makers. At the Bootcamp, Fellows have the opportunity to present their capstone projects to panels of seasoned politicians and technocrats. Additionally, the program’s mentoring initiative connects Fellows with credible past and current politicians, providing invaluable insights into the inner workings of Nigerian politics.
