Location: Lilongwe, Malawi

This position integrates partnership management, knowledge sharing, and communications to drive development progress aligned with Malawi’s Agenda 2063 and UNDP’s priorities.
What You’ll Do
Partnership Management:
- Implement strategies to secure sustainable funding for UNDP’s Malawi programme.
- Research and manage donor engagement to enhance partnerships.
- Support senior leadership with high-quality briefing notes and documentation.
Knowledge Sharing & Reporting:
- Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives using AI-powered strategies.
- Coordinate the creation of engaging reports, briefings, and knowledge tools.
- Collaborate on lessons learned and best practices with various teams.
Communications Strategy:
- Develop content highlighting the human impact of UNDP’s work.
- Create engaging visuals, social media content, and advocacy campaigns.
- Organize workshops and events for visibility and engagement.
Technical Support:
- Provide robust project support, including M&E, financial oversight, and risk assessment.
- Ensure quality assurance across all reporting and partnership documents.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, International Relations, or similar fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in partnerships, communications, or knowledge management.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, PowerBI, Copilot, SharePoint, and data visualization tools.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Personal Competencies: Strong teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to sustainable development values.
