Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, candidates must:
- Be recent female graduates from Ethiopian universities with a BA degree and a GPA of 2.5 or above (2023 or 2024 graduates).
- Have strong academic performance supported by records.
- Possess practical knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Forms, etc.).
- Demonstrate organizational, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Show fluency in English and a local language (spoken and written).
