About the Cohort
The Digital Technology Special Cohort (DTA-Digital Transformation with Africa Cohort 1) is an exciting, fully residential program under the YALI Regional Leadership Center East Africa. It is designed for ambitious and visionary leaders across Africa who are actively shaping the digital landscape. This cohort offers an unparalleled opportunity to:
- Collaborate with like-minded innovators.
- Gain advanced leadership skills.
- Work on transformative projects that drive positive change in the digital ecosystem.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for young leaders (ages 18-35) who meet the following criteria:
1. Active Engagement in the Digital Ecosystem
You are already contributing to Africa’s digital transformation and working to enhance human capital development through innovative initiatives.
2. Proven Leadership in Digital Skills Initiatives
You have demonstrated strong leadership or made significant contributions to impactful projects focused on digital skills development and capacity-building in your community.
3. Passion for Change
You are committed to fostering inclusive growth through digital technologies and are driven to create a lasting positive impact on your community.
