Role Overview
As a part-time Research Intern, you will:
- Conduct desk research and interviews.
- Draft articles for the CIVICUS Lens platform and contribute to thematic reports, including the State of Civil Society Report.
- Create simple visuals for disseminating research outputs on social media.
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research and communications while expanding your knowledge of civil society trends.
Key Requirements
- A degree (or near completion) in social sciences or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (additional UN languages are a plus).
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong interest in civil society and commitment to CIVICUS’s mission and values.
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural virtual team.
- Well-organized, independent, deadline-driven, with high attention to detail.
