We are looking for a Development-Oriented Specialist to advance our internationalisation goals, working closely with university leadership, international partners, and colleagues.
Your Role
In this role, you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement leadership visits to promote the university’s internationalisation efforts.
- Develop processes and a new service portfolio for international visits.
- Manage two strategic international partnerships to strengthen long-term global collaboration.
- Support broader development work, communications, and leadership tasks related to international cooperation.
About You
You are motivated by the opportunity to build and implement strategic international initiatives. With a strong background in international collaboration, preferably in higher education, you bring experience in:
- Leadership support functions.
- Event coordination and service development.
- Holding a Master’s degree.
Key qualities include:
- A service-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing schedules.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and at least satisfactory Finnish language skills, with a willingness to improve.
