If so, the role of Gender & Diversity Impact Manager might be your calling.
The Role
As a Gender & Diversity Impact Manager, you will work with a variety of organizations—ranging from startups and social enterprises to multinational corporations and NGOs. Your mission will be to enhance these organizations’ social impact on women by embedding gender-inclusive practices into their business models.
You’ll collaborate with enterprises focused on:
- Expanding digital platforms to support low-income women farmers.
- Empowering women as both caregivers and clients in childcare-focused business operations.
- Designing gender-responsive agribusiness support programs for women entrepreneurs.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring:
- Advanced education in Gender Studies, Behavioral Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience advising companies on inclusive business strategies that improve women’s participation.
- Expertise in women-centered design approaches, from research and co-creation to implementation and reporting.
- Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of integrating low-income women into business models across Africa and Asia.
- Exceptional facilitation and training skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
