If so, the role of Gender & Diversity Impact Manager might be your calling.

The Role

As a Gender & Diversity Impact Manager, you will work with a variety of organizations—ranging from startups and social enterprises to multinational corporations and NGOs. Your mission will be to enhance these organizations’ social impact on women by embedding gender-inclusive practices into their business models.

You’ll collaborate with enterprises focused on:

  • Expanding digital platforms to support low-income women farmers.
  • Empowering women as both caregivers and clients in childcare-focused business operations.
  • Designing gender-responsive agribusiness support programs for women entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring:

  • Advanced education in Gender Studies, Behavioral Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience advising companies on inclusive business strategies that improve women’s participation.
  • Expertise in women-centered design approaches, from research and co-creation to implementation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of integrating low-income women into business models across Africa and Asia.
  • Exceptional facilitation and training skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • A deep understanding of gender and intersectionality across different cultural contexts.
  • The ability to craft and implement long-term, impactful business strategies that benefit marginalized groups.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling clear and concise expression of complex ideas.
  • Self-motivation, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage diverse tasks independently.
