Mid-Career Residency Programs at the Global School Leaders (GSL) in Education Nonprofit (remote opportunities): Apply Now!!

Global School Leaders (GSL) offers the Mid-Career Resident Program to provide meaningful work experiences for professionals re-entering the workforce or transitioning into the nonprofit sector. This program is specifically designed for those who have been out of the workforce for a period or who are looking to make a difference in educational development within the Global South.

Key Features of the GSL Mid-Career Resident Program

The Mid-Career Resident Program enables residents to take ownership of projects that significantly contribute to GSL’s mission while enhancing their skills and knowledge. Key elements include:

  • Project Ownership: Residents are assigned or choose projects that they can significantly contribute to, gaining hands-on experience and deepening their expertise.
  • Professional Learning: Residents benefit from learning opportunities beyond their project work, gaining insights into nonprofit operations within the education sector.
  • Mentorship: A dedicated mentor guides each resident through the residency, providing valuable feedback and career development support.

Please Note: This is a short-term role and does not guarantee future employment. However, residents become part of the GSL network and are notified about future opportunities.

Mid-Career Resident Roles
