Job Opportunity: Regional Programme Manager (East Africa) – Lead in Last Mile Communities, Apply Now!!

Last Mile Climate is seeking a dedicated Programme Manager to join our dynamic and diverse team. As a new kind of humanitarian NGO, we focus on catalyzing genuine public-private partnerships to deliver scalable climate solutions in last mile communities across Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda. We call our approach Climate Action Partnership and our work is supported by a multi-year grant from the IKEA Foundation and the Robert Bosch Stiftung.

Key Details:

Location: Kampala, Nairobi, or Kigali (Flexible work arrangements)
Position: Regional Programme Manager
Duration: Immediate start until the end of 2027 (with possibilities for extension)

In this role, you will:

Provide strategic oversight and leadership for our colleagues and Climate Action Partnerships programme across East Africa.
Engage with diverse stakeholders, including NGOs, governments, UN agencies, and private sector partners, to enhance programme impact.

Oversee resource management, monitoring & evaluation, and advocacy for market-based climate action in refugee contexts.
