Are You an Organizational Development (OD) Consultant? We’re Looking for You!
Are you an experienced Organizational Development (OD) consultant passionate about supporting community organizations? Children’s Rights and Violence Prevention Fund (CRVPF), in partnership with INTRAC, is offering a fully funded training program to strengthen the skills of OD consultants in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Ethiopia.
This 8-month course will equip you to better serve local communities, focusing on building power of community organizations to make a lasting impact.
Eligibility:
- 5+ years of OD experience
- Extensive work with community organizations
- Resident of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, or Ethiopia
- Post Graduate Training is a plus!
