Are you passionate about human rights, diversity, and social justice? UHAI EASHRI, Africa’s first indigenous activist fund, is looking for a dynamic Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Officer to join our team.
As a MEAL Officer, you’ll be at the heart of advancing our mission by developing and enhancing our MEAL systems, ensuring that our strategic goals are effectively translated into actionable processes. This role is a unique opportunity to champion feminist and participatory approaches, synthesizing diverse data sources to provide insights that highlight our collective impact on the LGBTQI and Sex Workers movements in Eastern Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement UHAI’s Knowledge, Evaluation, and Learning (KEL) framework.
- Lead evaluations and monitoring of our programmatic activities.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive MEAL projects and support our Strategic Plan 2020-2024.
