Grants and Fundraising Manager (International, remote based in Europe)

The Grants & Fundraising Manager is responsible for defining and developing fundraising strategies throughout Collective Aid programmes, as well as soliciting funds and grants to assure the financing of our ongoing projects and potential new ones. The International Programme at Collective Aid functions to ensure cooperation and mutual support among the projects and to facilitate continuity throughout high turnaround periods. The team of the International Programme are tasked with support and development tasks throughout the year and are expected to divide their time between all the programmes equally.

Where: Remote (based in Europe) with travel to the field as required.

When: September 30th (handover starts on September 16th)Minimum: 12 months.

Responsable des Programmes (Calais, France)

Le·la responsable des programmes a la responsabilité globale de la gestion et de l’évaluation de tous les projets de Collective Aid dans le nord de la France et supervise le travail du/de la coordinateur·ice de terrain et des bénévoles. Le·la rôle du/de la responsable des programmes est donc crucial pour l’exécution globale de nos projets NFI et WASH et pour l’exécution de la mission, de la stratégie et des objectifs de l’organisation en France. Il·Elle est également le principal point de contact avec les autres organisations externes, les autorités publiques et les donateurs.

 Où: Calais (France)

Quand: 1er Octobre (la passation commence 17 Septembre)

Contrat: CDD 3 mois initialement, renouvelable sous réserve de financement.

Salaire: 1398,68€ net

Field Coordinator (Calais, France)

Le·la coordinateur·ice  terrain gère la mise en Å“uvre et la coordination du projet de Collective Aid sur le terrain, y compris les opérations quotidiennes. Notre laverie solidaire et espace  communautaire offre un accès à des services de laverie aux personnes exilées dans la région de Calais, ainsi qu’un large programme d’activités, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, la recharge de téléphones, les sessions de procédure d’asile, l’aide juridique, les premiers soins et l’éducation non formelle. Il s’agit d’un service vital car les personnes exilées n’ont pas d’accès régulier à des douches et à des services d’hygiène, à des espaces sûrs et chauds, à des informations et à des activités de loisirs.

The Field Coordinator manages the implementation and coordination of the Collective Aid field project, including the day to day operations. Our community centre provides access to laundry services for displaced people in the Calais area, as well as a wide program of activities, including, but not limited to, charge, asylum procedure sessions, legal aid, first aid, and non-formal education. This is a vital service as displaced people do not have regular access to showers and hygiene services, safe and warm spaces, information, and leisure activities.

Logistics and Donations Coordinator (International, base in Lesvos GR)

We are looking for a Logistics and Donations Coordinator, responsible for ensuring all our projects have access to the aid they require in order to maintain a regular and dignified NFI distribution service to the communities we support. This role involves responding to inquiries, reaching out to potential donors, and informing them on the specific NFI needs of various projects. It also collaborates with NFI Collection NGOs and customs organisations in the countries to coordinate shipment logistics, including the preparation of necessary documentation. This is an international position, so the Logistics and Donations Coordinator will work for all the projects in Collective Aid and travel might be expected upon project needs or the Executive Director’s request; however, this position is based in Lesvos (Greece) our brand new project.

Advocacy & Communications Officers (France, and BiH)

We’re looking for people with a passion for storytelling and a desire to improve the world. Alongside time spent volunteering at our WASH centre, warehouses, and on distributions, the Advocacy & Communication Officers will help to gather content for digital communications and support on advocacy projects and campaigns. No two locations are the same, so the role will differ slightly depending on where you are based, but wherever you are, this essential role is vital in raising awareness and pushing for change.

Where: Calais (from September), Serbia (from October), Lesvos (ASAP) and Sarajevo (from September)

Alongside time spent volunteering at our WASH centre, warehouses, and on distributions, the Fundraising and Grants Officers will help to increase funding capacity in Collective Aid through research, grant applications, and fundraising campaigns, among other tasks. No two locations are the same, so the role will differ slightly depending on where you are based, but wherever you are, this essential role is vital in ensuring the continuity of our projects and the sustainability of our finances. Where: Calais (FR), and Sarajevo (BiH).

Social Media Intern (International Position)

We’re always looking for people with a passion for aesthetics and communications. Alongside time spent volunteering at our centers, warehouses, and on distributions, the Social Media Intern will be in charge of our social media platforms and posting all our content in coordination with the Advocacy and Communications Manager, although the role can be remote. This role is paramount our assessing our impact on our social media platforms (KPIs) and informing Collective Aid’s strategic planning within the Advocacy and Communications department. This is an international position that will work will all three projects and is part of a department formed by: Advocacy and Communications Manager, Border Violence Coordinator, EPIM officer, and Advocacy and three Communications Officers.

We’re looking for someone that can provide and take quality images of the situation of people on the move in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Experience in humanitarian aid and background knowledge is required.
