The Climate Finance Academy, an initiative by the YOUNGO Finance and Markets Working Group, is now accepting applications for its 2024 cohort. Since its inception in 2022, the academy has trained 200 youth annually, bringing together experts to share knowledge, provide insights, and facilitate discussions on climate finance.
About the Program
We are thrilled to announce the application process for our Climate Finance Academy cohort of 2024! This intensive 3-month training program is designed to equip young individuals with the skills and resources necessary to lead meaningful engagements in climate finance and environmental justice. Participants will learn from leading experts, engage in comprehensive discussions, and build a network of like-minded peers and professionals.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Climate Finance Academy 2024 cohort, applicants must:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 by December 2024.
- Have a genuine interest in engaging with the UNFCCC and/or becoming a Climate Finance Practitioner.
- Ensure all responses are written personally. AI-generated responses will lead to disqualification.
