About myAgro:

We have developed a mobile savings model that allows farmers to invest their own funds in high-quality seed, fertilizer, and agricultural training to increase their harvest and income by 50-100%. About the Role:

As an important part of our HR team, you will work across different departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving efficiency, and supporting the HR roadmap. You will provide strategic and operational leadership in the implementation of key projects, HR planning, communication, and in the development of our HR toolkit.

You will understand and interpret HR policies and deliver various HR programs to provide exceptional support and service to managers and employees thereby creating a positive employee experience. You are a creative and strategic partner focused on helping teams maximize their potential. You will report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO).

You Will:

  • Support the CPO and HR team to maintain a HR roadmap, developing short- and long-term strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional leaders to identify needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions that drive business results.
  • Be a trusted advisor and business partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR policies and trends to support the strategic direction of myAgro.
  • Manage complex HR projects from creation to completion, including talent management, employee development programs, performance management systems, and organizational development projects.
  • Provide expert guidance to leaders on a range of people & culture matters, including employee relations, organizational design, performance management and talent development.
  • Build management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive environment that supports a high integrity culture.
  • Seeks out and embraces innovative process improvements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and reliability for key stakeholders.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7 years or more of progressive HR experience, including project management and strategic partnership roles.
  • Experience managing multiple HR projects
  • Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP
  • Proficiency with HR software and project management tools
