This fellowship is tailored for young women based in Eastern and Southern Africa, aiming to foster their leadership skills and aspirations in Politics, Economics/Business, and Peace and Security.

Empowering She-Leaders

Lead(H)er, a name derived from “she is a leader,” is more than just a fellowship; it’s a platform designed to nurture the talents and ambitions of young women across Africa. Subsequently, the second module will transition to a virtual format, incorporating online sessions and self-paced learning activities. Participants will also engage in personal assignments, group work, and supplementary readings to enhance their learning experience.

To ensure accessibility, Lead(H)er Fellowship covers the costs associated with physical participation and provides assistance with internet access for online engagements and assignments.
