Partnering and collaborating with HR Leads worldwide, we guide, support, and advocate for our 2,500+ people along the employment and volunteer journey at Alight. The primary vehicles through which we do this are seeking/hiring, onboarding, learning & growth, career pathing & succession planning, and performance management. We stay focused on creating value for our customer by listening, staying nimble, and bringing important conversational questions forward that champion Alight’s people, culture, and values. We collaborate across an integrated team within the Office of the People including benefits, compensation, & compliance and engagement & wellness.
