To bolster this initiative and other IKI funded transport projects, we are seeking a dedicated and creative intern with a hands-on mentality and digital affinity to support external and internal communication. Convince us with your creative application!

Your Tasks:

  • Support external and internal communication for the “NDC Transport Initiative for Asia” project and the “Changing Transport” brand by creating and maintaining content for websites, social media, and newsletters.
  • Assist in planning and implementing onsite and online events, particularly the NDC TIA Conference in June 2024.
  • Editorial planning and conception of impact content for online and print communication products.
  • Conceive and implement online campaigns.
  • Internal knowledge management.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to promoting sustainable mobility.

Your Profile:

  • Studying (at least basic studies or Bachelor) and/or have a degree in event management, media, communications, environmental, political, or social sciences, urban planning, or a related field.
  • Excited about development policy and have a basic understanding of challenges facing the transport sector in emerging and developing countries.
  • High digital affinity and enjoyment in working with social media.
  • Able to implement creative ideas efficiently, independently, and in a solution-oriented manner.

  • Experienced in using Office programs; knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is an advantage.
  • Enjoy working in an international and multidisciplinary team with a good sense of intercultural and target-group oriented communication.

Notes:

  • Only apply if you are currently enrolled as a student or graduated not longer than six months ago from the start of your internship.
  • Monthly stipend of €2.064,- (gross).
