This fully funded exchange program in the USA commences with a thorough assessment of community needs, engaging participants to identify and understand these needs effectively. Relevant training is provided to empower them to become influential leaders in their respective communities. The program equips youth with modern tools and knowledge to approach community assessment in a practical and strategic manner. Following the needs assessment, participants create visionary plans for executing projects more effectively, grounded in reality. They are encouraged to identify the necessary skills for each task to ensure the project’s authenticity. Additionally, alumni support is available to assist everyone in implementing their desired projects.

Eligibility Criteria of the MCW Young Leaders Fellowship 2024:
- People between the ages of 18 to 26 can apply.
- Able to demonstrate commitment to the community.
- Able to complete the community needs assessment and identify the community projects in the areas of education, health, or economic security;
- Fluent in English (oral or written).
- Have easy access to the internet for communication with the Global team and the program’s alumni and mentor for the whole tenure of the program.
- Adhere to the program’s guidelines.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
