Global Reach Forward is available to individuals across Africa, the Middle East, Pakistan, Turkey, and Azerbaijan. Regardless of where you’re located, you can access this transformative learning experience.

How do I know if I’m eligible to apply to Forward?
Forward applications are open to those who:
- Residing in one of the countries where Forward is available
- Currently employed, self-employed, or in-between jobs with previous formal work experience
- Have less than 5 years of total work experience
or
Have more than 5 years of work experience but have not been responsible at any point for directly managing any colleagues - Completed at least a secondary education / high school degree
- Have a good command of the English language

The Forward Journey The program is structured in three key levels:
- Foundation Level (8 Weeks): Start by building practical, must-have skills through highly interactive, self-paced digital courses. Explore adaptability, effective communication, problem-solving, and new ways of working in a digital world, among other topics.
- Advanced Level (11 Weeks): See your newfound skills come to life through an immersive journey of advanced digital content, bespoke virtual workshops, and assignments.
- Network Level (Ongoing): Join a vibrant global network of young, lifelong learners. Gain exclusive access to further learning and networking activities. Get involved in shaping the future of the Forward program through volunteering opportunities.
Earn Your Badge Participants who successfully complete the Foundation and Advanced levels will earn a personalized McKinsey Forward digital badge, a symbol of their commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. This badge can be easily shared across social media and other digital channels.

Will I get a certificate after completing Forward?
Participants who complete the Foundation and Advanced level requirements will receive a certificate confirming their completion of the Forward program. After completing the Advanced level, they will also be issued their own personalized digital badge, which is shareable across social media accounts and other digital channels.
Please note that McKinsey is not an accredited education body, and thus participants of the Forward program will not receive an accredited qualification or credential.
