 Dr. Amal Bakchan is seeking to hire 10 PhD students to start in Spring 2024 for research projects primarily focusing on water and wastewater infrastructures. These projects aim to advance environmental justice and equity in the provision of these systems, applying both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods and involving collaborations across multiple institutions.

Scholarship Description

Join research projects focused on socio-technical infrastructure systems management in extreme contexts, regionalization of management of decentralized systems, workforce development, and utility management and governance.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field,
  • Demonstrated expertise and interests in infrastructure
  • Meeting admission requirements.

  4. Standardized test scores (GRE, TOEFL for international students)
  5. Writing samples or research publications.
