Call for Country Researchers: Global Index on Responsible AI
RIA is recruiting researchers as fellows to conduct primary data collection on Global Index on Responsible AI. One of the requirements is an in-depth knowledge of AI governance, policies, as well as the social and ethical implications of AI and digital technologies. Researchers all over the world are welcome to apply!
The Global Index on Responsible AI, a rights-based tool, has been established to provide inclusive and measurable indicators to track the implementation of responsible AI principles by governments and stakeholders in more than 120 countries. This evidence-based benchmarking will enable government and community leaders to develop and strengthen national initiatives, fostering responsible AI use and monitoring progress over time.To assess each country against these indicators, the Global Index aims to establish a Global Research Network, composed of 10+ Regional Research Hubs (RRH) positioned at leading AI and technology research organisations across the world, and 120+ national researchers to form the core human resources infrastructure for data collection.
