The Youth Delegate Program is UNITE 2030’s Flagship Peer-to-Peer Leadership Development Program uniting young Changemakers who are aiming to have a better understanding of themselves, and how to create an impact in their communities.
UNITE 2030 strives to identify the most impactful and action-oriented young Changemakers from every country in the world to attend Camp 2030.

We particularly seek youth leaders who embody our core values in their every-day work and life – action, innovation, bravery, generosity, and unity. Many UNITE 2030 Changemakers are top professionals in their field, or aspiring Changemakers who have taken action within their communities to solve global challenges.
The Camp 2030 application process is highly competitive.
We received 3,500+ applications for our 2022 edition of Camp 2030, and selected 200 (a 7.1% acceptance rate).
Camper Eligibility
All Campers must meet basic eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to apply for Camp 2030.
- Between the ages of18 – 35 years old on the 1st day of Camp (September 11th, 2023);
- Fluency and ability to communicate about complex topics in English;
- Proven track record of taking action for social causes;
- Demonstrated embodiment of UNITE 2030 core values through your action and your work;
- Ability to travel to the United States during the dates of September 11th – 16th, 2023.
What is UNITE 2030?
Established in 2016, UNITE 2030 is a global community of young leaders who are takin action to end poverty, inequality, injustice, and climate change by the year 2030.
Each year, we equip, empower, and inspire the next generation of young leaders to develop solutions to the biggest challenges that the world faces. We have supported over 20,000 young people between 18-35 from 190 different countries around the world.
At the heart of our work is community. We believe that through community, we can change the world. By building a community of the world’s most passionate and action-oriented young leaders, we create networks and friendships that last a lifetime, as well as lasting impact together.
